The Man Behind The Mission

Hi, I’m Harshit Raj, 

Founder of The Fit Bharat, a health and nutrition coach and a fitness content creator (@imharshit.23) dedicated to helping people transform their body and health naturally.

My journey started with my own transformation. A few years ago, I was overweight and dealing with several health issues. Instead of following extreme diets or relying on supplements, I focused on understanding how the body truly works. By improving my nutrition, workouts, and lifestyle, I was able to lose 13 kg in 90 days and significantly improve my health.

That experience inspired me to help others facing similar challenges. I became a certified health coach specializing in weight loss and fat loss, and since then I have helped 10,000+ people across India and around the world transform their health.

Alongside coaching, I’m also a health and fitness content creator, sharing science-based knowledge on Instagram where lakhs of people follow my work to learn about sustainable fat loss and better health.
